No, you do not. Most of our clients leave a key or an access code and get on with their day. We do the service and you receive a confirmation when we are done. Simple as that. We work with great respect for your space — and you will feel that when you get home.
Everything is on us. We arrive with professional products and equipment — you do not need to worry about a thing. If you have a preference for a specific product (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know beforehand. We adapt.
You reach out via WhatsApp or email, tell us a bit about your space and what you need, and we arrange a date that works for you. We confirm everything in advance so there are no surprises.

Yes, we clean all types of spaces — studios, apartments, houses of all sizes and commercial spaces. The level of care is the same regardless of the size.
We recommend scheduling at least 2 to 3 days in advance to secure your preferred date. For urgent cases, contact us anyway — we will check availability and do our best to accommodate you.
